Mullah Nasruddin and other great stories

Storytelling performance in Zentralwerk, Dresden, Germany. During the festival Sichtbetonung 2017.

The performance is a request to mediate the amazing stories of Mullah Nasruddin. I tell stories of Sufi holy fool Mullah Nasruddin, funny middle-east folklore character. The stories are as fanny as touching. From first look, they seem to be absurd and give a healthy twist to your brain if y try to understand. But there is a meaning behind every symbol. Right? Together we can have a journey with Mullah and see where he leads us!

How I met these stories? I was working as a performance and visual artist about 7 years. And always was interested to cross the borders of myself, of society, any borders…

2 years ago I met my Sufi master and my life has changed since. There is a new chapter and more and more borders to cross.

I love the way how Sufis are teaching their knowledge through stories. This performance is my humble request to share this little what has come to me.
